For your company incorporation, we have already prepared standardized flat-fee packages. Our packages at a glance:
Company Incorporation
Our incorporation packages include the following services:
- Advice on drafting the business purpose and verification of the company name
- Review of the entered personal details and full support throughout the incorporation process by experts
- Notarial certification of the Articles of Association
- Notary fees are included in all prices!
- Representation during the incorporation process (power of attorney) towards the notary’s office and authorities
- Preparation of the Lex Friedrich declaration for the commercial register office
- Preparation of the Stampa declaration for the commercial register office
- Preparation of the public deed
- Preparation of the KMU declaration for the commercial register office
- Preparation of the commercial register application and submission of all documents
- Simple incorporation process: You will receive all documents by email and only need to sign and return them

Note:
The commercial register fees are not included and will be invoiced separately by the office.
For GmbH/AG the costs are approx. CHF 500.00 and for a sole proprietorship approx. CHF 200.00 (depending on the canton).
Consulting for New Entrepreneurs
Do you have questions? With our consulting packages, we can optimally support you at the start of your business:
- Incorporation Consulting: Not sure which legal form is ideal for you, or would you like to know which administrative duties you will face as an entrepreneur? We recommend booking this package to speak with a certified fiduciary expert.
- VAT Consulting: Do you have questions about VAT in Switzerland or abroad? We will gladly assist you and can also handle your VAT registration.
- Insurance Consulting: Are you unsure which insurances are mandatory and which are advisable for your business? As an independent provider, we will be happy to advise you and also take care of registrations.
- Accounting Software: We will set up the accounting system together, post the first entries, and explain how it works!
- Payroll Accounting: We will prepare the first monthly payroll together, create a sample salary statement, and complete the social security declarations. For this, the current insurance policies are required.
- Website: Would you like to create a professional company website? We can design it for you based on your ideas and texts. We also arrange the domain and hosting with an affordable provider. There are no annual update fees.

Commercial Register Changes
We are happy to handle the adjustments to your commercial register entry:

Notarial Changes: For the following modifications, the articles of association must be redrafted and notarized:

Commercial Register Mutation: Minor adjustments do not require notarization and can be handled easily. These include:

New address (same municipality)

Personal details (e.g. after marriage or relocation)

- Sale of GmbH Shares: If company shares are sold, a mutation at the commercial register office is required. This requires a purchase agreement, minutes of the shareholders’ meeting, and a commercial register application. We will gladly prepare these documents for you.
